The Company was founded in the year 1987, intending to supply ready mix concrete and the raw materials of ready mix concrete.

Started with an exclusive obligation, yet still continuing, to sell the ready mix concrete produced in and all around Denizli by company “Modern Beton A.S.” which was founded by Denizli Cimento A.S. and Basaranlar A.S. as partners in the very beginning.

In the year 1999, in order to supply the demand of construction sector and all the ready mix concrete producers in and around Denizli, the Company has started with the Saraykoy/Duacili quarry. After a short time, in the year 2001, it became a distinguished company after starting production at the second quarry in Yeldegirmeni District at Buldan.

In the year 2008, the company has become a primary supplier of all grades of sand and gravel for ready mix concrete and ready mix plaster by starting operation with the third quarry in Tosunlar district at Saraykoy.

Basbeton is the only sand and gravel supplier who has a TSE and CE certificate in and around Denizli.
